The earth has a new technological core!
AUTOMAC TECHNOLOGY
On request, the Automac Technology technicians will commission and inspect the machines directly at the end customer’s establishment, anywhere in the world. Troubleshooting and repairs are performed via remote support on site.
We start by listening to customer requirements, the reference sector of the application is identified and information and technical data of the system to be automated are gathered.
Each industrial automation is the result of complex analysis, which is most delicate in the design phase. Automac uses technologically advanced design and simulation software to give its customers solutions with maximum levels of productivity and flexibility. All data collected is assessed, the application guidelines are established and a preliminary design is drawn-up, which is then approved by the customer. Everything is examined correctly in order to realise a competitive, versatile, reliable, intuitive automation system with particular attention to user safety.
If the customer approves the preliminary design, the final design is drawn-up, integrating other requirements if necessary.
The project is realised following the hardware and software specifications summarised in the final design. If necessary, Automac involves other collaborators and qualified technicians, who share the same passion and working mentality. The best technological components available on the market are used.
Commissioning is managed by Automac technicians, flanked by the customer’s technical staff where necessary. In this phase, the correct realisation of the final design is carefully verified. Reliability, production and safety must be indivisible essential qualities.
Machining and/or production tests are performed to verify the correct operation of the automation system. The customer checks his requirements have been met and the correct performance of the production process. The conformity and quality of the product realised are assessed. Training courses are organised for staff appointed to run the plant.
All reference data is gathered and the wiring diagram of the final design is updated. A technical folder is produced with all specifications of the materials and components used. A copy of all original design files is provided. On request, Automac provides an automation or plant machine user manual.
For routine maintenance, the technical staff can count on:
• guide messages that help the operator during fine tuning and production cycle start-up;
• clear, unmistakable alarm signals, made up from an identification number and message. The message allows to locate the area and the faulty device via documented symbols;
• easy-to-consult detailed wiring diagrams on paper or in pdf format.
We are at your disposal for any questions or problems. Do not hesitate to contact us. Qualified staff will guide you or will organise a technical intervention to solve any problem. In the machines, where envisioned, we can assist your technical staff using "remote support".
